For the Hospitaller meeting.
1. Dues. The dues of the logistical life blood of the war band. In the past the dues have
been used by members for gas to get them to an event, for plane tickets, for largesse,
for purchasing the Chapel that we have all used, the trailer, cappas, and shields just to
name a few things. Without the dues we can not do the projects that have been
neglected for so long. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TOLD EVERY MONTH THAT
THEY ARE DUE. It is your responsibility, among other things to make sure they are
paid. If you are having troubles paying them come and talk to me and I will help you do
so in some manner.
Njal –all the people who need to hear this is not here.
2.Camp.-Remember we should be working toward a period encampment. This reason
alone is why I did not camp with the Hospitallers at Potrero. If we make strives to do so
then people will want to as well. This is another reason to pay dues. The dues can be
used to make sure the camp is heading in this direction.
3.Volunteer time- Codex amendment. It is recommended that each Hospitaller give four
hours of service when at a war event.

4.Minimum events- Codex Amendment. A Secular Brother must attend Six events, a
Professed Brother as well as a Knight of the First Order must eight events beginning at
Potrero War and ending at Potrero War the following year to maintain their active status
in the Hospitallers. These events include
· Iron Brigade Practices (8-12 a year)
· Kingdom War Practices
· Western Seas Fighter practices designeated by the Priory within that Barony.
· Estrella War
· Gulf War
· Pennsic War
· Lillies War
· West/An Tir War
· Great Western War
· Potrero War
· Highlands War
· Spring Crown
· Fall Crown
· Angel’s Melee
· All Baronial Anniversaries/ Investures for Western Seas
· Coronation
· Queen’s Champion
· Any Hospitaller sactioned event.

6. Practices. wed practices for individual. Come and fight or help those who fight. Watch
and learn, give advice. Sunday for Unit practices.
